Role: State Head – Rajasthan (Sales, AlcoBev) We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing sales leader to drive our retail (Off-Trade) expansion across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will build strong distributor relationships, grow revenue, and establish FiftySixShots as a dominant force in the state’s alco-bev landscape. Key Responsibilities 🏗️ State Leadership & Strategy Lead all off-trade sales operations across Rajasthan — from planning to execution. Define and implement state-specific sales and distribution strategies aligned with company goals. Build, structure, and mentor the state sales team for optimal performance. 💼 Channel & Distributor Management Appoint, manage, and strengthen relationships with key distributors and wholesalers. Ensure smooth coordination with depots and excise offices for uninterrupted supply. Monitor distributor health, claims, payments, and secondary sales to ensure operational discipline. 📈 Retail Growth & Market Expansion Drive new outlet acquisition across liquor stores, wine shops, and modern trade channels. Improve product visibility and shelf placement through impactful retail execution. Oversee placement of trade marketing materials (LED boards, shelf talkers, branding units) across top-performing outlets. 📊 Sales Planning & Performance Management Develop sales forecasts, track performance KPIs, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Analyze secondary sales data, market share trends, and competitive movement to shape strategy. Work closely with finance and operations to ensure billing accuracy, stock flow, and ROI on promotions. 🔥 Brand & Market Activation Collaborate with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute in-store activations, visibility campaigns, and sampling programs.
