Job Title: US Bookkeeper Location: Coimbatore, India Job Type: Full-Time Shift: US Time Zone Experience: 2–5 years in US Accounting/Bookkeeping Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Bookkeeper to manage financial records, prepare reports, and reconcile bank statements for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US accounting principles and proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online/Xero. Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and update general ledger accounts for multiple clients · Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes · Perform bank and credit card reconciliations · Process payroll or coordinate with payroll providers · Prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements · Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IRS regulations · Handle month-end and year-end closing activities · Coordinate with US-based CPAs and clients as needed · Maintain document trails for audits and reporting · Use platforms like QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, Bill.com, etc. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field · 2–5 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting · Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax requirements · Proficient in QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, and Excel · Excellent attention to detail and time management · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Willingness to work in US shifts (EST/PST) Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working in outsourced accounting firms · Certification in QuickBooks Online or Xero is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: US shift Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
