Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team. Organizing and conducting property visits, facilitating buyer-seller negotiations, and completing transactions. Strategic Relationship Leverage existing networks and explore new avenues to identify suitable channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property developers.
