The Front Office Associate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and assisting with receptionist duties. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Customer Service skills and experience managing Check-in and Check-out processes Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is desirable
