About the Role: We are a fast-growing, e-commerce company specializing in DIY furniture. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in inventory management, order processing, return handling, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving operational issues. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end order processing and dispatches in a timely and accurate manner Maintain optimal inventory levels, update stock records, and perform regular cycle counts Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and retrieval of goods Manage product returns, including inspection, documentation, and restocking or disposal as per SOPs Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and pickup of orders Monitor warehouse workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of products Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse Use inventory management software or tools to track stock movement and reconcile data Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to resolve fulfillment-related issues Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics (e-commerce experience preferred) Knowledge of order management and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with return processes and reverse logistics Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse software/tools Good communication and coordination skills Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks involving lifting or standing for extended periods Preferred: Experience in an e-commerce warehouse environment Knowledge of packaging standards and shipping labels Familiarity with barcode/RFID systems

Position: Accountant 1. Tally data entry including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements 2. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and payment requests 3. Ensure accounting transactions with supporting documents and identify the correct account heads, Revenue v/s Capex, treatment of prepaid & outstanding liabilities, etc. 4. Handling petty cash, and preparing bills and receipts 5. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc. 6. Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax, GST 7. Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST, and Professional tax 8. Take up the additional responsibility of Admin-related activities when required Personal profile: 1. B.Com or M.Com with 2-3 years of experience (Or) a fresher with a B.Com degree and good accounts knowledge 2. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must, and experience in using Tally 9 ERP is a must 3. Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts 4. Proactive and well-organised 5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team 6. Work Location: Hyderabad (KPHB)
