Job Title: Spa ManagerDepartment: Spa & Wellness Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations Location: [lalpur Ranchi] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing the spa team, optimizing business performance, and ensuring high-quality service standards. Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, including front desk, therapists, and support staff Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule spa personnel Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience Develop spa service menu, pricing, and promotions in collaboration with marketing and finance teams Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols in all areas Track and analyze spa performance metrics (e.g., revenue, customer satisfaction, employee productivity) Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally Stay updated on wellness trends and introduce new treatments or offerings as appropriate Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills In-depth knowledge of spa services, wellness treatments, and skincare products Ability to analyze financial data and implement business strategies Proficiency in spa booking and POS systems Degree or certification in Hospitality, Business, or Spa Management is a plus Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods Key Competencies:Leadership & Team Motivation Operational & Financial Acumen Guest-Oriented Approach Conflict Resolution Adaptability & Creativity Detail-Oriented Execution
