Job Title: Back-End Developer Trainer Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Back-End Developer Trainer to deliver high-quality training to aspiring developers and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of back-end development technologies and frameworks, and the ability to effectively teach concepts such as APIs, databases, server-side logic, authentication, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver back-end development training modules and hands-on labs. Instruct learners on core back-end topics including: Server-side programming (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP) RESTful APIs and Web Services Databases (SQL and NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Authentication, Authorization, and Security Data modeling and API design Deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc.) Customize training based on audience skill levels and learning goals. Provide mentorship and support during live sessions, code reviews, and project evaluations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into training content. Prepare and assess assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects. Maintain documentation and learning materials on LMS platforms. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in back-end development. 1+ years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical training. Proficiency in one or more back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Django, Spring Boot). Strong understanding of databases, API development, and system architecture. Familiarity with Git, Docker, Postman, and deployment tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in full-stack development (MERN/LAMP/MEAN stack). Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization tools. Teaching certifications or experience with bootcamps and coding academies. Knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, Canvas).
