About the Role We’re running an intense short-term DSA training program for freshers and early-career engineers. We need trainers who can deliver at least 6 hours of focused, hands-on sessions daily, breaking down algorithms and coding problems with clarity and energy. What You’ll Do Conduct minimum 6 hours of live training per day on data structures, algorithms, and coding interview prep Explain complex concepts in simple terms with practical coding demos Assign and review exercises to boost learner confidence and problem-solving skills Guide trainees to get them job-ready for tech interviews Coordinate with the program team to ensure smooth delivery What We Expect 2-3 years experience in DSA training or related software engineering roles Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and coding languages like Python, Java, or C++ Great communication skills and ability to engage learners effectively Commitment to deliver minimum 6 hours of training per day during the program duration Available for the entire training period in Bangalore or Gurgaon How to Apply Send your resume highlighting relevant DSA/training experience with a quick note on your availability and why you’re a good fit for this role.
