Job description: · Field visit for lead generation and conversion for sales Market assessment for understanding the need of the target customers Pitching of company services to existing customers Preparation of sales plan and execution Prepare sales reports on a weekly & monthly basis. Assist management to increase the company’s sales. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customer Sending quotations to customers and follow ups Providing end to end service to large customers with CRM team Any other task as delegated by the Manager/Director Assist in managing daily deliveries & prepare other documents related to transportation & deliveries as per the requisite format · Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers · Attend to customer complaints & resolve 3 to 5 years in Transport/Cargo or Logistics Sales
