Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and partnerships for BLive’s e-mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise/B2B sales , consultative selling , and team leadership , with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll lead a team of Inside Sales Executives and Field Sales Managers to build a strong pipeline, close key accounts, and contribute directly to the topline growth and profitability of the company. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development Drive B2B sales across Fleet Rentals, Charging Solutions, and Fleet Management SaaS . Identify and engage enterprise clients in sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, and hyperlocal delivery . Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Operations Heads, Fleet Managers). Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting, pitching, negotiation to closure. 2. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. Set clear sales targets and guide the team to achieve and exceed them. Ensure high-quality pipeline management and forecasting accuracy. 3. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to deliver seamless client solutions. Provide feedback and insights to the product team to refine offerings based on client needs. 4. Reporting & Analysis Track key sales metrics, revenue performance, and market trends. Present regular reports to the leadership team on pipeline health, sales performance, and growth opportunities. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise Sales , preferably in mobility, SaaS, logistics, or EV industry. Proven experience in managing end-to-end enterprise transactions . Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approaches . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Role: Business Development Manager - EV Charging Solutions Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic EV Charging Business Developer to drive partnerships, expand charging infrastructure, and grow our EV ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, an understanding of the EV/energy space, and experience managing B2B relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new partners (hotels, corporates, real estate owners, fleet operators) for EV charging installations. Conduct site assessments and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility checks. Drive end-to-end BD activities: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. Track market trends, competitor activities, and propose growth strategies. Work closely with internal teams (tech, operations, finance) for installation and project execution. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (EV, energy, sustainability, or infra preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
