Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and passionate Ayurvedic Physician with 1-3 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using traditional Ayurvedic principles, leading wellness initiatives, and contributing to holistic healthcare awareness. The role requires a strong foundation in Ayurvedic medicine, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Educational Qualifications: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) MD/MS in Ayurveda (Preferred) Diploma or Certification in Panchakarma or other specialized treatments (Optional but preferred) Registered with State/National Ayurvedic Boards (As applicable) Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of clinical practice in Ayurvedic consultation and therapies. Hands-on experience in Panchakarma, Nadi Pariksha, and Ayurvedic diet planning is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Provide patient consultation and holistic healing through Ayurvedic principles. Diagnose and prescribe customized treatments, medicines, and lifestyle recommendations. Perform specialized Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques, including Nadi Pariksha, Jihwa Pariksha, etc. Lead and implement corporate wellness programs promoting holistic health in the workplace. Drive community-level wellness initiatives focused on preventive healthcare and lifestyle management. Conduct workshops, seminars, and outreach programs to educate and raise awareness about traditional healthcare systems. Lead Ayurvedic nutraceutical initiatives , including product development and promotion. Develop educational content such as articles, blogs, and health awareness materials related to Ayurveda. Maintain accurate patient records as per clinic/hospital guidelines. Work in collaboration with yoga instructors, naturopaths, and dietitians to offer integrated wellness solutions. Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles (Tridosha etc). Expertise in diagnosis methods: Nadi Pariksha, Jihwa Pariksha, etc. Ability to prescribe customized Medicines and treatments, lifestyle, and dietary recommendations. Good communication skills to explain treatment plans to patients. Ability to work in a team with yoga instructors, naturopaths, and dietitians.
