We are dedicated to operational excellence and financial integrity. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance and Accounting team in Pune . Location 📍 Pune, Maharashtra (This role is strictly for PCMC and Pune candidates only.) Role Description The Accounts Executive will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of daily financial operations, including: ● Accounts Payable (AP): Processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. ● Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing client billing, invoicing, tracking payments, and diligently following up on outstanding dues. ● General Ledger (GL): Maintaining and updating the general ledger, recording purchases, sales, receipts, and other financial transactions. ● Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular bank and cash reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. ● TDS/GST Compliance: Assisting with the calculation and timely deposit of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns and compliance. ● Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports. Audit Support: Providing necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits Qualifications & Skills ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance . ● Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an Accounting or Finance role, preferably within the international logistics or Freight Forwarding industry . ● Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP or similar tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. ● Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS). ● Key Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail , strong analytical skills , and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions accurately. ● Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
