Job Description We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Software Engineer – Flutter with 1–2 yearr of experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Flutter framework and Dart language, and a strong willingness to grow in a collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and application enhancements. Participate in the full mobile app development lifecycle: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Troubleshoot and debug application issues, working under the guidance of senior developers. Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and device compatibility. Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and learn best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, especially in Flutter and Dart. Contribute to maintaining a clean and scalable codebase with proper documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter. Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git. Understanding of basic mobile app architecture, performance, and security best practices.
