Job Description

Lawyers in practice who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply: a) Law Degree from a reputed University, enrolment with a State Bar Council; b) Bonus points if the Candidate has finished his/her Company Secretaryship course and/or are pursuing their CS Programme; c) minimum of 5 years of PQE experience in handling and negotiating various Corporate Transactions including due diligence and commercial contracts and an in-depth understanding of all laws governing contracts; d) Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines; and e) Candidates are required to be stationed in Chennai. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
