Job Description

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, such as agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and other commercial contractual arrangements Offering legal expertise, legal opinion and legal advice in matters related to e-mobility, FMCG, Wind & Renewables business and other relevant areas Ensuring that all business contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, protecting the company interests, and minimizing legal risks Managing disputes, pre-litigation, and litigation matters, including motor vehicle cases, arbitration, and developing effective strategies to resolve legal issues and protect the company & rights Liaising with and supervising external counsel for outsourced legal matters, ensuring efficient and cost-effective legal representation when required Providing precise legal guidance on issues that impact the organization, and collaborating with third parties, including regulators and external counsel, as needed Advising and counselling the company senior management on the legal implications of strategic decisions and business activities. Key Deliverables/ KPIs 1. Drafting and vetting of commercial agreements. 2. Litigation Management 3. IPR Management 4. CMS & LMS Tool Co-ordination 5. Risk Management & Legal Technology Literacy. Roles: 1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements. 2. Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures 3. Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business. 4. Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company. 5. Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors. 6. Designing and delivering legal training to the business. 7. Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry. 8. Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to different business verticals on variety of legal topics that relate to various business sector of the Company.
