Job Description

Knowledge of various aerospace manufacturing processes such as CNC machining and turning. Applying engineering principles to design products that are easy and cost-effective to manufacture. Familiarity with industry standards like AS9100D, NADCAP, and ISO 9001-2015 for quality management. Configuration management and Change management. Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transition of first articles into production. Evaluate existing processes and methods to identify areas for improvement. Analyse data to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions. Feasibility study, Risk analysis, Contract review, PFMEA and APQP. 3D modelling, drafting and validation using SolidWorks software. Preparation of Engineering documents Control Plan, BOM, Process Flow Diagram, Manufacturing plan, Routers, Stage drawings, Derivative drawings, Assembly setup sheets, technical datasheets for Special process, Heat treatment and Work instructions. Drawing study and interpretation (GD&T knowledge) Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods.
