Assistant Manager- Instrumentation

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Yokogawa Centum VP DCS system, Rockwell/Siemens PLC system, SCADA and other automation system
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Ensure proper functioning and calibration of field instruments such as
• Pressure transmitters
• Flow meters
• Temperature sensors
• Level transmitters
• Control valves
• Analyzers
• Lead instrumentation shutdown and turnaround activities
• Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, and process departments.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor instrument reliability and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and statutory requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Prepare failure investigation report and implement recommendations to avoid repetitive failures
• Candidate should have knowledge of SAP system
