Key Responsibilities: Design and Planning: Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements, needs, and budget, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects. Project Management: Oversee and manage architectural projects from initial design concept to final completion, ensuring that projects meet timelines, quality standards, and budget equirements. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure architectural designs are accurately implemented. Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations. Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to ensure designs align with their vision and objectives. Provide clients with regular updates on project rogress. 3D Modeling & CAD: Create detailed plans, models, and renderings using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Problem-Solving: Address challenges in design and construction, making necessary adjustments to plans while maintaining the integrity of the design. Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles and eco-friendly materials into architectural plans where possible. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality design work, meeting or exceeding industry standards. Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns.
