Job Description We are looking for an Area Sales Officer to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. To ensure achievement of sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field. Understand the geography-wise sales plan for product from superiors and cascade the sales plans; ensure achievement of same. Visit locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); build mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Ensure clients development and motivation towards Product Sales and generation of adequate sales funnel, promote new products/ SKUs as planned. Build consumer/influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers. Maintain regular coordination with Sales coordinator and MIS team to ensure on time order fulfillment.
