Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CAD Draftsman with 3-5 years of proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for Commercial and F&B interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings. The Draftsman will play a crucial role in our design process by generating detailed drawings and tender packages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities Create detailed technical drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit software. Generate tender packages including plans, elevations, and sections for commercial and F&B interior projects. Interpret 3D spatial concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings. Collaborate with designers and architects to translate design concepts into feasible construction drawings. Utilize Revit for BIM coordination and developing integrated drawing sets with multiple disciplines. Use SketchUp and other presentation tools to create visual representations of design concepts. Work in a structured and organized manner to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Demonstrate proficiency in RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plans) and integrated drawings involving multiple disciplines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in CAD and BIM drafting. Qualifications 5-6 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in Commercial and/or F&B interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Experience in Revit modeling, drawing documentation, and basic family creation is preferred. Familiarity with SketchUp and other presentation tools is an advantage. Strong understanding of design principles and construction techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, or related field is preferred.
