Must have skills :SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) Good to have skills :NA Minimum7.5year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead , you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the entire application development process, ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. With your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) , you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Act as an expert and lead the team in the design, build, and configuration of applications. Team Collaboration and Leadership : Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful execution of tasks and projects. Decision Making : Take responsibility for team decisions and key decisions related to project implementation. Problem Solving : Provide solutions to problems across the team and multiple teams. Application Development : Lead efforts to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring alignment with business needs. Point of Contact : Serve as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project delivery. End-to-End Oversight : Oversee the entire application development process to ensure timely and successful implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills : SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) : Proficiency in SAP GRC is essential. SAP GRC Modules : Strong knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of SAP GRC solutions. Configuration Experience : Hands-on experience in configuring SAP GRC modules and functionalities. Risk Assessments : Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Core Skills : In-depth understanding of SAP GRC and its functionalities. Ability to design, configure, and implement SAP GRC solutions tailored to business needs. Additional Information: Experience : Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) . Location : This position is based in Jaipur . Education : A 15 years full-time education is required.
