You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the design and development of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the specified timeline and budget. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Tableau. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Hands-on experience implementing various data analysis techniques. Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Tableau. This position is based in Nagpur. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
