You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. - Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration. - Experience in developing CRM solutions. - Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM data migration and integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
