You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and develop high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Create technical specifications and design documents. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Participate in the full software development lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. Mentor and guide junior team members. Assist in the evaluation and selection of software tools and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS), React.js. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. Knowledge of database systems and SQL. Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and libraries. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
