Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design sessions, and work closely with development teams to bring innovative solutions to life, all while maintaining a focus on user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop application prototypes to validate concepts and functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with workflow automation and process optimization. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
