As a Front Office Executive, you will greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner, answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously. You will also direct customers to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, etc.) and maintain a neat and organized reception area. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business is a key aspect of this role. You will address customer concerns, escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary, and maintain customer records. Updating the CRM system with interaction details is also part of your responsibilities. In addition to customer service and front desk management, you will provide administrative support by assisting with documentation, filing, data entry related to customer interactions, and managing incoming and outgoing mail/couriers. The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Skills required include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, as well as professional phone etiquette and customer handling.
