Skills required: Passionate about teaching Degree from a recognized board or university in any discipline Strong English communication skills – Spoken & Written Professional with a strong desire to make a difference and foster creative learning Inclined to take sessions between schools and Alchemy centres Pleasing personality Roles & Responsibilities: Effectively demonstrate and help learners groom their creativity, communication & personality skills through our developmental drama sessions Create a classroom environment conducive to learning Regularly scheduling coursework and tracking pupils & work Help the students overcome stage fright Assessing student performance and offering guidance on a consistent basis in PTMs (Parents Teacher Meetings) Be flexible enough to manage both interactive online and onsite sessions Prepare learners to take their Speech and Drama examinations or any presentations with confidence.
