Work location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Roles and responsibilities: 1. Recruit, hire, and train sales team 2. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed 3. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them 4. Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members 5. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts 6. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members 7. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment 8. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed 9. meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits 10. demonstrating and presenting products 11. establishing new business 12. maintaining accurate records 13. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings 14. reviewing sales performance 15. negotiating contracts and packages 16. working towards monthly or annual targets Experience: ● 8+ years is the minimum experience. Skills: ● Proficiency in English ● Prior sales experience ● Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation ● Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage ● Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics ● Faster learning ability and passion for sales ● Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach ● Good presentation Skills ● Effective Communication Skills ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ● Superb leadership ability Show more Show less
