This is a full-time permanent role for an Architectural Draughtsman , The Designer will be responsible for making Construction and Architectural drawings in AutoCAD . Hands-on AutoCAD knowledge and strong civil basic are must. Responsibilities : AutoCAD Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD software, including drawing creation, editing, dimensioning, and annotation. Construction Drawings : Prepare detailed construction drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, based on architectural designs and engineering specifications. Architectural Drawings : Create architectural drawings, including site plans, elevations, and floor plans, to visualize and communicate design concepts. Drawing Standards: Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines for drawing formats, dimensions, and labeling. Collaboration : Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings. Revisions: Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and changes in design. Documentation : Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of drawings and project files. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare construction drawings, including architectural drawings, civil engineering drawings, and structural draftsman activities. Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and layouts for various projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drafts.
