As an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a network of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while helping them protect their financial future through our life insurance products. Age Criteria : 30 + to 60 Key Responsibilities: Agency Recruitment & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to build a robust agency network. Conduct regular meetings with agents to ensure proper guidance, motivation, and skills development. Provide agents with continuous learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by driving the team of agents to meet their individual and collective goals. Monitor and support agents in their sales process, helping them close business and ensure customer satisfaction. Cross-sell and up-sell HDFC Life products based on customer needs analysis and market trends. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions. Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through excellent after-sales service. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations and business activities are conducted in compliance with the company’s policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance, agent development, and market conditions. Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Stay updated with market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to ensure that HDFC Life remains competitive. Develop strategies for expanding business opportunities and improving market penetration.
