Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Admission Counsellor located in Nirman vihar (East delhi). The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing customer service, sales, and education to prospective students. The Admission Counsellor will also be responsible for providing excellent interpersonal communication and communication skills to engage potential students to understand their requirements, counsel them on university and program options to enroll them in their preferred course of study. Qualifications • Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills and Communication skills • Previous experience in customer service and sales • Background in education or related field • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field • Experience with CRM systems or similar software is a plus
