To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Finance & Accounts Specialist within the Finance team! This position will be located in Gokak . Our Team The ambition of the financial function is to be a contributor to growth and development by, efficiently, reliably and cost effectively: • managing financial assets and financial performance, • being solutions providers regarding financial matters, • ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards Their mission ? The Global Finance organization is aimed at allocating resources in a way that maximizes Shareholder value Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process. Your experience and talents will make the difference to: Month end closing accounting entries Interunit entries and accounting entries to be closed by WD and WD+1 respectively Consolidate F10 report to be sent on WD+7 Audits Timely Provide data to internal and external auditors for HO, Mumbai, OCC and Bhiwandi TB Taxation and Compliances All documentation and compliance done as per Internal Auditor format Help in providing control testing/ICFR control testing data for HO, Mumbai, OCC and Bhiwandi. Blackline submissions as per due date Ensuring to file quarterly TCS and TDS return for company as a whole. GSTR monthly filling and annual return filling for Maharashtra EY compliance tool update GEO Template control testing vouchers Import payments Timely payment of inter company monthly to RAPAC, RF and others. Monthly salary payment of Expats Vendor Payments & Employee Claims process Domestic Vendor payments as per due date Timely and accurate recording of all invoices Ensuring appropriate approvals in place before invoice checking. Ensuring correct TDS to be deducted Statutory payments to be made before due date Accurate recording of employee credit card claims on Concur What we will love about you: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Creative and critical thinking skills Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Good communication and presentation skills And also Education: M Com or MBA in Finance Experience: 4 to 6 years relevant experience working in reputed Company If you identify yourself in this position, please apply by uploading your resume and let's start the journey together !
