URGENT OPENING FOR ACCOUNTS CUM BILLING EXECUTIVE- SOLAR COMPANY WITH GOOD SALARY PACKAGE Job Title: Accounts cum Billing Executive Location: Coimbatore (Near Hopes/Singanallur) Company: Kondaas Automation Private Limited Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts cum Billing Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounts functions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time. Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.). Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for billing-related queries. Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in accounts and billing roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in a manufacturing, sales and marketing or automation company. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
