Job description Accounting work Accounts Payable: Purchase entries Accounts Receivables: Sales entries in Tally Reconciliation for Sales Maintaining utility bills with consumables numbers and ensure to payment made before due date Utility bill booking and payment vouchers Entering Accounts Payables entries in Tally Expense entries Banking entries and payment processing Bank reconciliation Corporate credit card reconciliation and entries Providing the information required by supervisors Petty cash accounting MIS work : Updating all payments in the cash flow sheet MOP reconciliation (credit cards) Daily preparation of outstanding statements. Lab sheet (comparing lab fees bills vs. revenue). Drugs tracking sheet. Other MIS as required, based on the instructions of the supervisor.
