Job Title: Site Accountant Level : Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Accountant to manage all financial operations at the project site. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring effective coordination between site operations and head office finance. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day cash records and maintain up-to-date accounting reports at the site. Collaborate with the store team to compile and verify accounting and inventory-related data. Reconcile material inward entries with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and ensure the timely issuance of materials by the store. Oversee the maintenance of stock inventory at project sites. Assist in the capitalization of assets by providing necessary documentation and financial information. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate recording of asset values. Monitor and report on the status of capital work in progress at project sites. Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports in line with business requirements. Conduct periodic physical verification of site inventories. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred). Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the renewable energy or EPC sector. 7+ years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of SAP software, MS-office specially Excel. Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
