Job Title: Back Office Staff / Accountant Company: Aditya Enterprises Location: Mumbai Industry: Construction / Painting Contracts Job Type: Full-Time About the Company Aditya Enterprises is a leading painting contracts firm based in Mumbai, known for delivering high-quality texture and paint solutions for prestigious high-rise projects. We pride ourselves on professionalism, safety, and timely execution. Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Staff / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide support for project documentation, billing, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction-related accounts and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Maintain books of accounts (Tally or similar accounting software) Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments) Prepare and reconcile GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings Maintain project-wise expense tracking Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for invoice and payment tracking Assist in payroll processing and attendance records Back Office & Documentation Manage internal project files, quotations, and work orders Maintain and update client records, material records, and supplier databases Prepare reports such as project investment summaries, outstanding payments, etc. Assist in preparing bills for clients and follow-ups for payments Support the site and procurement team with documentation and records Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/back office roles (experience in construction or contracting company preferred) Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles Familiarity with GST, TDS, and invoice management Strong organizational and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible depending on project urgency) Benefits Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on high-value construction projects Supportive work culture and learning environment To Apply: Email your resume to aditya@adityaenterprises.co or contact us at 9372425403.
