Job Title: Account Executive / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive Department: Sales / Business Development / Client Relations Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head / Director Location: Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India (This role typically involves field travel within Ichalkaranji and surrounding areas, and occasionally within Maharashtra, for client meetings). Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Executive to join our team in Ichalkaranji. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory or industry vertical. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and gather feedback. Sales & Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition. Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions, aiming to close sales and achieve assigned sales targets and quotas. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management and forecasting. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, service, operations) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
