Academic Counselor – Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact for students and parents, you will guide prospective learners on suitable courses, help them understand the academic roadmap, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding CH EdgeMakers’ courses (CAT, IPMAT, CUET, CMAT, etc.) Provide accurate information about admission processes, course details, and career opportunities Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Maintain records of interactions and conversions Support the academic and admissions teams in student engagement activities Coordinate with the faculty to ensure a seamless experience for enrolled students Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and handle student queries patiently A proactive and professional attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus) Fluency in Hindi and English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
