Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of CH EdgeMakers. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, parents, and students, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors warmly Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments Provide accurate information about course offerings and schedules Maintain front office cleanliness and decorum Manage student entry logs and appointment scheduling Coordinate with the counseling and admin teams for smooth operations Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and email management Requirements: Pleasant personality with good verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling) Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently Polite, patient, and professional approach Fluency in Hindi and English Why Work With Us?
