Academic Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Student Coordinator to oversee daily academic operations and ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for students. This role involves continuous interaction with students and faculty, maintaining accurate academic records, and supporting admissions and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities:

Communicate important updates, announcements, and reminders to students
Maintain and track accurate attendance recordsMonitor course progress and ensure classes are conducted as per scheduleCoordinate with faculty for doubt-clearing sessions and academic supportAddress student queries and resolve concerns promptlyDistribute study materials and provide required academic assistanceUpdate and maintain student data in the ERP systemSupport admission-related activities and assist walk-in inquiriesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Academic Head

Weekly Responsibilities:

Review course progress and suggest improvements where necessary
Conduct regular audits of ERP data and correct discrepanciesIdentify recurring student issues and recommend practical solutions

Monthly Responsibilities:

Organize and assist with online parent meetings
Prepare detailed monthly performance and course progress reportsCollect and analyze student feedback and share insights with the Academic HeadManage exam registrations and communicate results to students

Requirements:

Strong communication and coordination skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and internal teamsBasic knowledge of ERP or academic management systems is an advantageProactive mindset with good problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
