Job Description

Operator Fireman grade 1 or 2 to help additional labour. To operate 1500kg on board fuel load . Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain IBR-certified steam boilers as per standard safety regulations. Monitor boiler performance, pressure levels, and fuel consumption to ensure efficient operations. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of boilers and related equipment. Ensure compliance with IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) and other safety guidelines. Perform water quality tests and take corrective actions to maintain optimal boiler performance. Record and maintain logs of boiler operations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Work closely with maintenance and safety teams to prevent any operational hazards. Respond promptly to emergencies such as steam leaks, pressure fluctuations, and equipment malfunctions.
