Job Title: Production Engineer - Ziplock Machines Location: Daman Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Production Engineer at Kuloday, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring high-quality production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.). Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production lines. Monitor machine performance and work with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless production. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Ensure safety regulations and environmental standards are met. Assist in new product launches by coordinating with R&D and manufacturing teams. Train and guide production staff to improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering (or related field). Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing or production engineering (preferred in automotive, heavy machinery, or agricultural equipment industries). Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, MES). Hands-on experience with CNC machines, welding, assembly processes, and automation . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Strong communication and leadership skills for team coordination.
