Role: Web Developer (Elementor) Experience: 2-3 years Opportunity Type: Full time On-site We are looking to hire a skilled Web developer in Elementor to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates. We’re looking for a Web Developer with 2-3 years of experience designing and developing websites, though we care more about the work than the number of years you have under your belt. The role is based in Bengaluru, where the team works from the office 5 days a week. Alternate Fridays are WFH. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES ------------------------------ A. Website Planning Designing and building the website front-end. Creating the website architecture. Coordinating with the design team for website mockups. Monitoring the performance of the live website B. Website Development Managing domain and hosting of the company as well as clients. Setting up staging websites, creating child themes and plugin setup. Designing the website based on mockups given. Conducting website performance and responsiveness tests. Troubleshooting content and design issues issues. Monitoring the performance of the live website C. Issue Resolution Troubleshooting issues with SMTP and security issues Finding plugin options as per client requirement Writing code as required for the design mockups Coordinating with clients for issue resolution Continuously discover, filter, absorb, and share smart solutions with the team. What we look for: Maniacal attention to detail Experience in developing and managing WordPress projects. Good understanding of website architecture, SEO practices and aesthetics. Experience using Elementor and/or Webflow as a website builder is a MANDATORY requirement to be considered. Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug. Bonus - Knowledge of GSAP animation framework and implementation Bonus - Knowledge of Squarespace, Wix and other CMSes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with other team members, outside programmers, vendors, or clients Demonstrated ability to learn pretty much anything quickly Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
