Job Description

Role Summary : The Weighment Supervisor is responsible for managing accurate weighing of poultry stock during loading, unloading, and transfer operations. The role demands hands-on coordination with field and transport teams while ensuring proper documentation, hygiene, and timely operations. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and supervise all weighing activities during poultry inward and outward movement Record and verify weights accurately in weighment logs or digital systems Coordinate with farm, dispatch, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations Ensure weighing machines are calibrated and in working condition Maintain cleanliness and biosecurity protocols at the weighing point Report discrepancies, unusual weights, or issues to the Farm Manager Assist in loading/unloading supervision and quality checks Prepare daily reports of dispatch or receiving quantities Required Qualifications : Minimum: 12th Preferred: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Agriculture, Poultry, or relevant field Key Skills : Basic math and numerical skills Knowledge of poultry or agricultural field work (preferred) Physically fit to work in farm environments Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Team coordination and communication skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts or early hours if needed Understanding of biosecurity and hygiene practices Experience Level : Freshers welcome 0–2 years of experience in poultry operations, warehousing, or weighing/logistics roles will be an advantage Salary : Based on experience and company norms Growth Opportunities : Opportunity to grow into Farm Supervisor / Dispatch Coordinator roles On-the-job training and exposure to live poultry handling and logistics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
