Web Designer and UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled UI/UX Designer & Web Designer with 3+ years of experience , who can deliver modern, visually compelling, and responsive web designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind. A good eye for design, strong Photoshop skills, and experience with tools like Figma are essential. candidate mus be from Delhi NCR Interview Mode face to face Key Responsibilities: Design and develop modern, attractive, and responsive web interfaces. Create pixel-perfect PSDs and translate them into clean, efficient HTML/CSS. Work closely with developers and product teams to implement user-friendly designs. Use tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar to design UI components and layouts. Develop cross-browser and cross-platform compatible front-end solutions. Ensure excellent usability and visual consistency across all web projects. Experiment with colors, layouts, and elements to deliver visually stunning websites. Maintain and improve UI/UX across existing and new web applications. Collaborate effectively in a team environment and show leadership when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proficiency in Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS frameworks. Strong Photoshop skills, capable of creating and working with well-layered PSDs. Excellent PSD to HTML/CSS conversion skills. Experience with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools. Responsive design expertise for mobile and desktop. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Good command of JavaScript or jQuery. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Eye for detail, color theory, and layout aesthetics. Preferred (Bonus) Skills: Basic knowledge o f React.js or any modern JavaScript frameworks.
