Weaving Fitter

Job Description

The Weaving Fitter is responsible for the mechanical maintenance, repair, and setup of weaving looms and associated equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation of textile production. The role demands hands-on mechanical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Airjet Weaving Machines Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults on looms promptly to minimize downtime. Perform regular preventive maintenance on weaving machines and related equipment. Keep records of maintenance activities and machine performance. Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
