Job Overview: As a Warehouse & Sales Assistant, you will be involved in multiple aspects of day-to-day operations—from assisting customers in the showroom to managing inventory, fulfilling orders, packing gifts and hampers, and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Showroom & Sales Support Assist walk-in clients with product queries and gift selection Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing showroom Process sales and coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing Provide excellent customer service and follow up as needed Warehouse & Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock Organize and maintain product inventory efficiently Track stock levels and report shortages or surpluses Handle stock movement between warehouse and showroom Packing & Fulfilment Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and neatly Gift-wrap individual products and assemble hampers with care Ensure timely and secure packaging and labeling for deliveries Occasionally assist with delivering orders, as required Other Duties Coordinate with the logistics team and vendors for timely shipments Support in warehouse cleanliness, shelf labeling, and stock rotation Help during exhibitions or promotional events if needed Requirements: Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or customer-facing roles (gifting industry is a plus) Basic understanding of inventory systems and order processing Good communication and interpersonal skills A flair for neatness, creativity, and attention to detail in packing Willingness to pitch in with various tasks and learn on the go Physically fit and comfortable handling light to moderate lifting Ability to use basic digital tools or apps for tracking stock/orders Work Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM (Some flexibility required during busy gifting seasons) Why Join Us: Be a part of a creative, premium brand in the exciting gifting industry Opportunity to grow across departments A vibrant work environment that values initiative and quality Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Required) Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driving Licence (Required) Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
