Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist nurses in providing basic care to patients in the ward. Help patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and moving. Change bed linens and keep the ward area clean and hygienic. Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) under supervision. Assist in shifting patients to different departments or for tests. Maintain records and report any unusual observations to the nurse. Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols. Support emergency care when needed.
