JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - · Keep track of all Inventory at the Stores. · Maintain physical inventory including entry and exit document with related documentation. · Maintain UpToDate records in excel and ERP systems of inventory movement and inventory closing balance. · Update purchase and production record in excel and ERP in real-time basis. · Q.C · Monitoring and ABC analysis of raw material, bought out items, finished goods and consumables. · Upkeep and Cleanliness of all storage locations at Production/Warehouse. · Give input on Usage of old material before every new procurement. · First in first out (FIFO) usage to be ensured for all the stock · Tagging of raw material to individual projects for all projects specific purchases (without steel). · Cross check all physical dimensions as per drawing, technical parameters, and unit price with Purchase Order. ##Must have Attributes: · 1-2 years of experience in stores department. · Working knowledge of MS-excel and MIS generation (data entry skills) · Ready to relocate to factory In Bhor, district pune. · Should be minimum 12th grade pass. · Working knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi · Maintain Confidentiality of information.
