Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing YouTube content team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Apple-based tools (Final Cut Pro, Motion), with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and YouTube audience preferences. Key Responsibilities:Edit engaging, high-quality videos for our YouTube channel in line with brand tone and target audience Incorporate music, voiceovers, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling Organize and manage media files efficiently Optimize videos for YouTube algorithm (hooks, pacing, retention tactics) Add intro/outro, end screens, lower thirds, and branding elements Collaborate with the scriptwriter, director, and channel manager for continuous improvement Maintain a quick turnaround for weekly content deadlines Requirements:2+ years of experience in video editing for YouTube or digital platforms Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro X Familiar with Mac and Windows OS Strong visual storytelling, color correction, and audio sync skills Knowledge of YouTube trends, formats, and copyright-safe editing practices Basic motion graphics and animation is a plus Ability to work independently, take feedback, and iterate quickly
